P.A.C.T.
Using PACT (Purpose, Acceptance, Connection, Thankfulness) as my base, I help clients increase productivity, decrease internal drama, and improve messaging power by assessing their current communications culture and infrastructure in a variety of ways. Here is how it would work if you were my client:
- I would come into your company, interview and/or survey employees, and observe with my own experienced eyes how your communications systems really work.
- With this information, we would then work together to determine what your communications action plan needs to be. It might involve my doing a simple training session for your entire staff, or for a select group of your team members. It could also involve one-on-one communications training and coaching for specific people.
- The next step is creating a strategy for what messages you want to communicate, which vehicles you should use to communicate them (meetings, web site, intranet, newsletter, email, and advertising), and when to do so.
