Approach

The many years I worked with executives and managers to improve their business development skills and their firms’ marketing efforts have given me important insights. I have learned that the single greatest obstacle to success, whether in business development, leadership, or day-to-day management, is communication skill. The words we choose, the way we express those words, and how they are received are crucial to organizational and individual success.

My approach as a motivational speaker and consultant is based on a communications system I developed after years of studying how successful organizations and individuals think and behave. The system is called P.A.C.T., and it is based on four crucial perceptions and behaviors: Purpose, Acceptance, Connection, and Thankfulness.
